This is a senior role for an experienced agency professional with strong design craft, a proven management track record, and the range to work across brand, campaign, social medial, film, and product communication. &lt;li&gt;Lead design across a spectrum of applications – Including but not limited to campaigns, product marketing, films, OOH, print, performance advertising, experiential activations, social media, events and more.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure creative consistency across formats while optimizing each for its medium.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Product Marketing Communication&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Translate Glance&#39;s product capabilities into clear, compelling consumer-facing communication across launches, feature moments, and product campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own design for partner and sales-facing materials — pitch decks, sell-in kits, capability presentations — to the same standard as consumer work.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with product and marketing teams to distill complex product narratives into simple, high-impact visual communication.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Film &amp;amp; Photo Production&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage film and photo productions end-to-end — from brief and concept through pre-production, shoot, and post.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead director briefings, treatment reviews, casting, and on-set creative direction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own relationships with production houses, directors, and creative vendors.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Team &amp;amp; Delivery&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage a team of 6–10 designers across disciplines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own project planning, resourcing, and delivery timelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide clear, direct creative feedback that improves output quality across the team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Culture &amp;amp; Tools&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Maintain a current understanding of consumer culture, design trends, and the US market.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;13–15 years of experience in design and visual communications.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Portfolio showcasing wide experience working for lifestyle and fashion brands.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;World class design execution skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum 10 years at advertising agencies, with hands-on experience across campaigns, film, OOH, social, digital advertising, branding, and ground activations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated experience managing video, film and photo productions end-to-end from an agency standpoint.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A portfolio showing strong, consistent craft across multiple formats and categories.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3–5 years managing a design team of 6 or more.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with US consumer sensibilities and global brand standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment with high expectations for quality and delivery.&lt;/li&gt;
